7 steps to remove negativity from our life

Today topic is very interesting  , in our daily life we are so busy in our work that we always ignore ourselves .

To feel positive  , to make other feel  positive towards you , only you can make a change by removing negative energy from your life.

Did you ever realize  when you are in a group and someone came and speak wrong about others , that person emits negative rays and at the same way if the person speaks something good that it emits positive rays and spread positivity everywhere .

So this topic is all about this.

Here am going to share some tips which you can implement in your life to remove negativity from your life.

1. Speak politely and don’t lie with anyone , if you feel someone with negative waves and try to harm your not physically but mentally ,that my dear it’s the high time to save yourself . Don’t be with someone who just speak shit about others and all time speak rudely about others. Guys its quiet simple, people are double faced .if anyone can speak shit about anyone else in front of you than no doubt that person can also speak about you too. So just be safe from such kind of people.
2. Set your priority , there are so much work to do on our daily basis but if you set your priority then it saves your time as well as you will be able to complete your most important tasks on time .
3. Be careful about who you choose to be around , Priorities not only in case of things ,works but also in case of people . there are so many people who become your really very good ones, but reality is they are double faced and they make you looser from inside and you will not come to know the real fact. So overcome yourself with the reality and recognize the real friends of your life.
4. Stop complaining and do something about it, if you spend your time with people who act rather than sit around and complain about their situation all day, you’re going to become an action taker too. Because the truth is you don’t accomplish anything by sitting around and complaining except feeding your own ego.
5. Fill your life with positivity and joy, doesn’t matter how much trouble you are facing , no doubt its very difficult to face troubles but if instead of leaving negative thoughts ,you be strong and start thinking positive thoughts ,then you can overcome negative thoughts .
6. Learn to be comfortable with silence , that gives you more energy and positive thinking . you can think in really a good way .
   1. Gratitude , be thankful for the things the universe has brought your way rather than preserving negative thoughts, unhappiness or confusion.

so today i am giving you a review about lakme lipstick which i ordered from #mynykaa .

as we all know a girl can never have enough lipsticks! but still they just love to buy more and more . i have so many colours in my lipstick collection but still never get bored from buying more shades from different brands.

lakme 9 to 5 primer + matte lipstick in the shade MR10 Red Rebel is my recenty favourite . its in red orangish shade . read more to check out my full review and swatches.

this lipstick is just awesome long stay, and really give creamy matte texture to lips.

lipstick is extremely pigmented and provided opaque colour in a single swipe.it provides a matte finish on our lips.

its not sticky to the lips and also transfers a little if you eat or drink anything, but ya it does not fade from the lips properly.

well shade range of this collection is very pretty, ranging from light shade colours such as nude colours to bright colours such as red , prink colours.

i picked the shade MR10 RED REBEL because its perfect for every day as its in shade red+orange so it makes the face more attractive as well as pretty . suits with all dresses as well.

this shades goes in western looks as well as in ethnic looks . if we talk about skin tone then it suits in every skin tone, doesn’t matter your colour is in fair tone or dark tone , its all about how you carry the shade with your accessories as well as dress.

All about weekends

Hello everyone

Hows you all..

I hope you all are doing well..

So today i decide to share about my day when i am totally free and having nothing to do ,as no college, no meetings etc.

So today topic is about how i utilize my day when i am at home with nothing to do.

In my weekends i usually walk up at 9am and after doing breakfast i make a to do list that what i have to do in whole day.

Most of the time my to-do-list contains

• My morning starts with my blog contents posts.
• After that i do oiling in my hairs,special massage which makes my hairs bright and smooth after bath .
• For my face i believe on himalaya face wash, scrub as well as mask.(i will make a separate post on it )
• And after that i do my table clean, and all clean all the mess of in closet as well as in room.
• My third task is spending time with my family.
• Before going out i go for hair bath .
• At evening if its possible then i go out for so shoot for shopping or otherwise spend time while watching youtube or television.
• At night nothing special just sleep at 11 pm.
• Before sleep i prefer doing face wash as it gives our face feel light.

That’s all what is usually do …

And best part of weekends is spending time with family…

dryness?? yes in summers we can see dryness of frequent bath, long in conditioning rooms, excess sweat etc

Summer is around the corner annoying us in all ways with the scorching sun.

This is the season which greatly bothers everyone about the skin.

Well , the sun rays not only have bad effects on the skin but also have prone to health problems.

Here are the tips to beat the heat wave:-

ALL YOU CAN EAT

• Water is essential .
• Consume the vegetables and fruits high in water content.
• Eat fresh juice daily
• Avoid junk food
• Avoid heavy night meals
• At noon drink maximum water even if you are not thirsty.
• Don’t skip meals.

DRINK LIKE A FISH.

Maintaining hydration levels in summer is crucial.

So gulp down more water.

• If you are on a busy schedule and often forgot to drink water , set a remainder.
• Avoid soft drink.
• So here is the list of some drinks which keep your hydration level high…

1. Coconut water
2. Lemon, mint leaves, cucumber detox drink
3. Aloe vera juice
4. Sugarcane juice
5. Lassi
6. Homemade fruit and vegetables juice

in life its very important to know when to stop arguing with people and simply let them be wrong, but i felt this is most difficult task for me to leave anyone in such situation. as a result i always hurt myself.

“Never argue with someone who believe their own lies”

Fake people are only nice when it’s convenient for them or they usually have hidden agenda.

Genuinely nice people go out of their way to help others and they have an honest heart.

Stick with ones who never let you down and keep their promises you can’t take that.

You need to go for the inner joy, the inner peace, the inner vision first, and them all of the outer things appear.

And then close your eyes every day for several minutes, and visualize having what you already want, feeling the feelings of already having it.
