So as you all know summer heat is on the top…

So here i am with new summer care series

And first series is on topic” SUMMER HEALTH CARE

Summer is around the corner annoying us in all ways with the scorching sun.

This is the season which greatly bothers everyone about the skin.

Well , the sun rays not only have bad effects on the skin but also have prone to health problems.

Here are the tips to beat the heat wave:-


  • Water is essential .
  • Consume the vegetables and fruits high in water content.
  • Eat fresh juice daily
  • Avoid junk food
  • Avoid heavy night meals
  • At noon drink maximum water even if you are not thirsty.
  • Don’t skip meals.


Maintaining hydration levels in summer is crucial.

So gulp down more water.

  • If you are on a busy schedule and often forgot to drink water , set a remainder.
  • Avoid soft drink.
  • So here is the list of some drinks which keep your hydration level high…
  1. Coconut water
  2. Lemon, mint leaves, cucumber detox drink
  3. Aloe vera juice
  4. Sugarcane juice
  5. Lassi
  6. Homemade fruit and vegetables juice
